Here is a clip of  a 17 key Northumbrian Small Pipe chanter made by Peter some time ago.  He made one prototype, never even keyed it, and then cracked out this belting chanter.
If you want one of these, then tough.  Too fiddly!!  All Mp3's are less than 1meg.
